Day with Dad

I spent pretty much the whole day with dad yesterday.

First he picked me up at 11am and went shopping with him for a little while in Casuarina.

After an hour he got bored and then took me out to lunch at the city. On the way there I was just listening to my ipod and singing random songs by the Beatles to impress my dad xD. I also demanded I wanted to borrow the BeeGees off him. Yes…I’m suddenly into oldies music .

He took me out to lunch with Auntie Heng at Yum Cha restaurant at the city. I decided to be vego for a day for no particular reason so I just had stir fry vegies and rice.

After lunch dad dropped Auntie Heng at the casino then he took me to Wow (this home entertainment store) and dad wanted to buy an mp3 player for himself but he decided that he didn’t think it was worth the money.

After browsing around Wow, dad took me home.

At 5pm he came by again and kidnapped me to take me to his place hehe. I thought he was just going to order take away or something and have dinner together at his place while watching DVD’s. How wrong was I?! He told me to cook for him. He wanted to see what I was capable of. Well…not much. All I did was cook stir fry chicken and vegetables and egg noodles. He seemed to enjoy it though, and I guess it tasted pretty good so okay… x). Hehe…straight after dinner he took me home and yeah…that was my day with dad!

Merry Belated Christmas, Everyone!

Now…I was going to write an entry on Monday 18th up til now but I think that will just bore the socks of everyone and I don’t think I can remember that much anyway so I’m going to try to make this entry short. Note that the keyword here is try.

On Monday I got ~latenightdreamer’s parcel. Becca, darling…you spoil me too much! Thank you love you!
Today my Alice Springs friends got their parcels. Yay!

On Tuesday I did more Christmas shopping. ~kaokun just said that it’s impossible for me to make this journal entry short…WELL WE’LL SEE ABOUT THAT! >_<;;
Okay….Tuesday…Christmas shopping…that was all! MOVING ON!

Wednesday…I did more Christmas shopping. I sent my Christmas presents to Rebecca and Shan Shan. I ran into Eliza and she bought presents for her little brothers. Then I ran into Angelina, she was sending Christmas cards to her friends. Then I went home and I received Jordan and Ryan’s parcels. THEY GAVE ME A LOT OF PRESENTS *le gasp*. Thank you! You spoil me too much ! Love you both!

Thursday…I don’t even remember what happened…OKAY! MOVING ON! NO WAIT! I REMEMBER AGAIN! I took my dad out to dinner for his birthday (even though it was on Saturday). He enjoyed himself ^^. Yay! I made daddy happy! MOVING ON! *is under pressure of making this entry short*

Friday…Rebecca received my present…YAY! MOVING ON!

Saturday…a bunch of us went to Lani’s party. First Emily picked me up (half an hour late), we did some fruit shopping, then we went to pick Niamh up and while we were turning into her street in the car, Emily had her quiche on a plate in front of the car, the plate with the quiche on it spun round and round and round along the windscreen and we were watching it going “NOOOOOOOOO!!!”. That was hilarious. We had a good laugh about it for half an hour xD. GARGH! THIS IS GONNA BE A LONG ENTRY AGAIN! MOVING ON! Niamh was taking a shower so her mum said she’ll take her to the party so we went to pick up Jasmine, then Angelina.
We got to the party on time, only ~Bities and Brentley were there. Everyone else was about half an hour late at least.
~insanelizard, ~DEMIMONDAINE, ~Chizxa, Katerina and I went swimming in the pool playing Marco Polo.
After about an hour and a half we got out of the pool and just sat around eating munchies and listened to music.
I was happy because I got to see friends who I haven’t seen for a year or months again.
Later we did our Kris Kringle present swap thingy…I got this massage therapy thingy from Andy xD. Initially I got the orgasmatron but I can’t stand these things so I swapped with Brentley for the massage thingy xD.
Then we just sat around and listened to music. I was constantly getting bitten by mozzies…
This was pretty much the whole party until 11:30pm when Emily and I left (we were the last ones to leave besides those who were sleeping over).
That’s it!

Sunday…I worked at Ming Court until 10pm. I received a lovely sms from ~Fanatism wishing me a Merry Christmas which was a nice surprise ^^. Jag älskar dig!
Then I went home, and watched Carols by Candlelight.

Monday…MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!! I made mum breakfast in bed, then I opened my pressies. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THOSE WHO KNOW WHO I AM TALKING ABOUT! I was on a high…I never wanted anything for Christmas so all these presents were a bonus. My friends are so lovely… I don’t know what I did to have deserved them…
In the arvo mum and I went to an old family friend and had lunch at his place. Then we just sat around and watched Christmas stuff on TV.
In the evening we went to my Uncle Richard’s place. My dad’s side of the family who were in Darwin were all there. It was so nice gathering with my family members ^^. We had a nice ham and turkey dinner and everyone was laughing and having a great time. I took plenty of photos and yeah, I was having a ball .
Throughout Christmas I was sending all these messages to people wishing them a Merry Christmas. I wish I had more credit though because so I could send overseas smses…except they cost a lot these days…*grumbles*. So…MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE! I WAS THINKING OF EVERY ONE OF YOUR ON THIS DAY!

Tuesday...Boxing Day sale in the stores everywhere. It was chaos…EVERYONE WAS HUNGRY FOR A BARGAIN!
After that I went home, and became a gaming nerd playing this weird game with Jasper and Ryan all day…*cucumber*.

Today I will be having lunch with my dad…

Donnie Darko
I won't talk about my day at work because that would just be boring x).
Emily came over at around 10pm and brought her laptop and "Donnie Darko" DVD with her. We migrated to my room and watched it in there. I love this movie! It's now one of my favourites!
Emily was amusingly very creeped out by Frank the bunny. She kept hidding behind me and my doona...poor thing. I just kept going "It's a guy in a bunny suit... -____-;;". I don't think that helped at all lol.
Anyway...yeah...I really liked this movie x). It was very clever and the acting was pretty good.
After we finished watching it, Emily went home.

Raiding Angel's Place
Emily came over at 3, hijacked my computer for a while and made me watch AFI videos on youtube.com xD. Then she kidnapped me and we went to Casuarina to buy some boost. We were initially going to go Christmas shopping but the shops were closing so yeah :/. We ran into Erin ( ~Bities ), Brentley and Lani and I felt bad that I didn't know if I was going to Lani's Christmas party or not . I think she was annoyed at me .
Anyway...this entry's about going over to Angel's ( dev:demimondaine: ) house so I'll get to that now. We went back to Em's to pick up Angel's Christmas present then we went to Angel's house but had much difficulty finding it lol. We're so hopeless. It took us 15 minutes driving her suburb trying to look for her street. It was one of those times you wish you had a phonebook in your car so you could just go to the maps and find where you want to go. Shush, males. I'M FEMALE BUT I CAN READ MAPS! >_<;;
We had to call Angel's home to ask how to get to her place. Felicia (Angel's sister) picked up and I think she was a little confused as to why we were looking for her house. FINALLY we found it but Angel wasn't home yet so I messaged Angel saying "GO HOME!". I think she was quite confused when she got my message. She replied going "I'm just getting dinner, I'm on my way home. Why do I have to go home?". I didn't want to tell her why so I just replied going "JUST GO HOME! NOW! >:0" then she got slightly worried and asked if her dad was mad at her or something. Then I said "YOUR HOUSE IS ON FIRE! THERE IS A FIRE INSIDE!" xD. "A Fire Inside" was Emily's contribution since she is obsessed with the band AFI (A Fire Inside). Soon she arrived home and we first played Christmas Hangman and Christmas 20 Questions. Emily managed to hang me with "Candle" but I managed to hang her with "Hay". Hehe...
Later we just talked to each other about anything and everything for hours and hours while eating pizza, mini sanwiches and warm sushi . It was so good to have a conversation with your high school friends again.
We chatted until around 9pm then Emily and I decided to leave Angel alone with her family. While we were going outside we played with Elmo (Angel's dog) for a little bit. We taught it how to sit .
Okay, we left after training her dog how to sit. Then I went over to Emily's for a little while then Em took me home at around 10:30pm.

That was my weekend . See? A SHORT(er) ENTRY FROM ME! xD.

What an Awesome Week I Had!

WARNING! This is an EXTREMELY LONG journal entry…longer than usual anyway, so if you do NOT have the patience or concentration span to read all this then DO NOT GO ANY FURTHER THAN THIS PARAGRAPH! If you do, well…have fun wasting minutes of your life reading my blabber x).
The reason why this is so long is because I have been really tired over the past few days and could not be bothered updating…SO SLAP ME! Anyway…ON TO THE ENTRY, SHALL WE?

Saturday Evening
Emily called up to ask if we could do something on this evening. I managed to scab a funny quote off her over the phone (since it’s one of my hobbies to collect funny quotes from people). I quoted “I can download my laptop” (Emily Williams, 09/12/2006). Hehe…she was meant to say that she can bring her laptop. Em managed to get a quote off me though. I said “Let’s watch Westlife Story”. Em said “Oh goodness…I don’t want to know about their story (band). I think you mean WestSIDE Story”.
Anyway…she came over at around 9pm and we went to Video Ezy to rent out some DVD’s to watch. We rented “Bride & Prejudice”, “The Proposition” and “Kung Fu Hustle”.
When we went back home the first thing we watched was “Bride & Prejudice”. Even though the acting was bad and the singing was corny, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie. It was fun to watch. Then we watched “The Proposition” which is an Australian Western film. The way the film was choreographed was absolutely beautiful! The imagery of it all was great. Some parts of the movie was quite gory though and I didn’t understand more than half of the plot but the acting from all the characters and the film techniques used were absolutely stunning. English Studies has made me appreciate movies more…it has helped me find deeper meaning in films. However most other students say that English Studies has ruined movies for them…
Anyway…it was about 2am in the morn after we finished watching “The Proposition” so we went to bed.

Sunday
JASPER ARRIVED TODAY!! *bounce bounce bounce*
I woke up at 8 because I had to teach Kae-jenn at 9 in the morn. Emily woke up a little bit later. She soon left because she had to go shopping with her mum and sister. After I finished teaching Kae-jenn, mum and I went to Casuarina. Angel ( ~DEMIMONDAINE ) messaged me earlier saying that she was shopping with her mum so I met up with her in K-mart. I was really happy to see Angel again since I’ve only seen her once since she arrived…
Angel’s mum and my mum wandered off somewhere so it was just Angel and me walking around Cas. I helped Angel look for a Christmas present for her mum and suggested a cooking utensil. However, Angel’s mum already has a lot of those…I still don’t know if she’s managed to find a Christmas present for her mum yet…
Later we were accompanied by Emily and we just wandered around Cas aimlessly doing some shopping here and there.
Soon Angel and her mum had to leave so it was just Em and I left. First I took mum to Zushi Bar and treated her with sushi for lunch ^^. Later I went off with Emily. Her and her family took us to Target in Palmeston to do some clothes shopping. Jasper soon arrived and he called us several times asking where we were and if we were coming or not. Poor Emily felt really bad because Jasper waited for us in Casuarina for an hour and Emily was the one who decided to go to Palmeston with her mum and sister.
FINALLY we got out of Palmeston and met up with Jaspey Waspey at the Eatery. As soon as he saw me he gave me a big brotherly hug (we’ve converted him into a hugging machine…) and Emily claimed I went red . We had sushi for lunch at Zushi Bar. Jasper’s appetite has not changed at the slightest. It was as big as an Elephant’s apetite…
After we finished lunch we walked around and Emily tried on clothes at Supré and poor Jasper was bored again lol. Then we walked over to NT Comics and Jasper bought some sort of Warhammer magazine. After that we went over to Emily’s house and watched “Kung Fu Hustle”. I don’t think Emily thought highly of the movie but I could tell that Jasper thoroughly enjoyed it xD. When we finished watching it, Emily gave us a lift home.

Monday
Jasper came over at about 10:30 in the morn. He came in at a bad time because at the time I was trashing my entire house looking for my concert band uniform. Jasper must be my lucky star though because shortly after he came, I found it under a clean folded towel. Why it was there…I had no idea…
At 11 we caught the bus to the city. I had a band rehearsal at 12:30 at the Darwin Entertainment Centre (DEC). We got there at 12 so we walked over to the Mitchell Centre to look for Eliza’s work place. I thought she said it was at the Mitchell Centre but we couldn’t find it anywhere. At a quarter past 12 we walked over to DEC and Jasper was bored watching our band rehearse for an hour and a half…SORRY JASPEY WASPEY! After band rehearsal, Samantha ( ~Chizxa )joined us. We went to Boost Juice and had Boost . At 3:20 we caught the bus back to my place. Sam and Jasper watched a few eps of Naruto on my computer while I took a shower and got changed into my band uniform. Samantha was already changed into it.
At 5 we caught the bus back to the city. We arrived at DEC at 6 and met up with Angel. Angel was in high spirits because she got to see the band members, teachers and old friends again . Jasper and Angel went to sit at the audience while Samantha and I were back stage getting ready to perform with the school band. Oh, I forgot to mention that the occasion was for Darwin High School Presentation Night where students receive their academic awards for the year. Anyway…we performed alright. Better than our rehearsal anyway. The stage was too big for us to hear each other properly…
After our performance some of us sat at the students section of the audience and watched the rest of the presentation night. Samantha had an award for winning first in this big Mathematics competition, surprise surprise…XD.
Presentation night finished at around 9:30pm and by then there were no more buses running . Sam, Jasper and I took a taxi back to Jasper’s place. It was funny during our taxi ride because Samantha’s parents were expecting us to get a lift from Jasper’s mum and at one stage Sam’s parents’ car was driving right next to our taxi so Sam was like “ARGH! IT’S MY PARENTS’ CAR! DUCK!” *she ducks*. It was hilarious. The taxi driver was driving past them so he said “Hmm…your parents hey? I guess I should slow down a bit so they can see you’re here…” . He did for a little while to scare Sam but then he sped up again and we soon lost Sam’s parents by miles. That was so funny. The taxi driver was cool.
By 9:45 we were back at Jasper’s house. First we played Dance Dance Revolution on Jasper’s PS1. I sucked so bad because the arrows were not on time with the music and a muso like me can’t deal with stepping off-beat from the music >_<;;. Jasper and Sam kicked butt though because they managed to shut the music out and just concentrate on the arrows. Anyhoo, we soon got tired of DDR so we played Mahjong, along with Vivian, Jasper’s 11 year old sister until 1am in the morning. It was the first time I’ve played Mahjong ever and I won my very first game too ! Apparently my result was really nice too. Beginner’s luck! Samantha pretty much won the rest of the games for the rest of the night though...surprise surprise…
At 1am we said goodbye and Sam’s mum took me home.

Tuesday
TODAY WAS AN AWESOME DAY!!! I HAD THE BEST FEELING IN THE WORLD TODAY!!! ^^
I met up with Jasper in Cas at around 1:30pm. I went to get Boost Juice to hydrate myself before I had to donate blood with Eliza ( ~longleggedfly ), Kylie and Joanna at 1:50. After finishing my delicious Boost Juice Jasper and I walked over to the Red Cross Blood Bank and waited there until everyone else came. I was excited for Jasper and Eliza to meet each other ^^. I was also excited to see Eliza, Kylie and Joanna since I haven’t seen Eliza and Kylie since after the exams and Joanna since…oh goodness knows when…
I did a funny thing while I was filling out the form. There was a question that said “Are you pregnant or are you breast feeding?” and I accidentally ticked “Yes” >_<;;. Luckily Jasper saw my error and harassed me about it so I realised and corrected it. How embarrassing…now Jasper keeps saying that I’m pregnant !
Soon those of us who were donating got interviewed. My interview took a while because it was my first time and I went to Malaysia so they have to be precautious with my blood since I’ve been to a place where Malaria was present. Hopefully my blood’s okay to donate. I got my finger pricked to see my haemoglobin content. I had an impressive 150g/L. Funny how I was anaemic last year but now I’m anything BUT anaemic…
Finally it was time for me to get drained! The chair was comfy ^^. I got Jasper to watch me get drained. I think he was impressed because he thought I was a wimp and I had this HUUUUUUUGE needle stuck in my vein and got nearly half a litre of blood drained out of me. It was so cool! It didn’t hurt at all and I was so incredibly happy knowing that I was about to save 3 lives. I wanted to be a blood donor for the longest time and today I was finally one! I can’t wait to do my next donation!
I feel bad for Eliza though because she was 2g/L under the efficient level of haemoglobin so she couldn’t donate and they had to defer her donations for 6 months. She didn’t seem happy. It seems weird for her to have dropped so low in a short period of time though. I hope there’s nothing wrong with her.
After our donations, Eliza, Emma, Jasper and I walked around Cas to do some Christmas shopping. I thought it was fun fun fun walking with these three crazy people xD. I was probably crazier than the three of them put together though. Jasper said that Eliza was interesting around me lol. I seem to bring out the stupidity/craziness in people since I am stupid/crazy myself x). I managed to buy a present for [insert name here] and [insert another name here]. I’m not mentioning the names just in case they read this and they haven’t received their present yet (although they should have already). At 5:30 the stores were closing so we all went home.
At 8pm Jasper came over my place with his laptop so he could scab some stuff off my computer. At 9 Samantha came over. We helped Jasper get stuff off my computer until 11pm, the time Jasper had to go home. Sam was sleeping over so after that we watched Naruto until 2:30 in the morning. Sam, that little bugger wasn’t sleepy lol, but I was. If I wasn’t we probably would’ve kept on watching til goodness knows when haha…

Wednesday
Samantha and I woke up at 9. We got ready to leave and walked over to Casuarina library and arrived there at 10. We met up with Jasper, John ( ~gunblade7777777 ), Eugene and Andrew. First I versed John on Go (Japanese containment chess) and I lost to him as expected, even though I had 9 handicap lol. After that the guys played Yu-gi-oh for a while. Sam and I got bored so we went to Cas to walk around before meeting up with the guys again to have lunch. Everyone had KFC but I had a chicken salad wrap and a multi-v juice from some sandwich store. Hehe…Eugene was shocked with horror . He said “WHAT?! You health freak! Go sit in that corner over there and eat your healthy food!”. How mean .
After lunch we were going to walk to NT Comics but it was raining heavily outside and Sam and I weren’t allowed to get wet so we went to Einstein’s instead. Jasper and I versed each other in this car racing game, he won of course. Then we played DDR and the guys were quite impressive.
After that Sam and I went home.

Thursday
Today I spent pretty much the whole day writing out letters, Christmas cards and went Christmas shopping. I was quite stressed today actually because there was some mail I had to send by today. However, today I discovered Express Mail haha…Apparently they’d arrive at their destination within the next business day for Australia. That is fast…
Anyhoo…today I spent hours and hours looking for a present for [insert name here] and [insert another name here]. I hope they like their presents. I gift wrapped them up, put them in parcels and sent them by 4. I also sent the present I bought on Tuesday for [insert two names here]. I wonder if they’ve received them yet. Wah! How exciting! I love giving people presents! I was bankrupt by the end of today though haha…
Anyhoo, I went home and got ready for work at Ming Court. I haven’t worked there for a while so it was good to see Sarah again. Tonight was a relatively quiet night and I finished an hour and a half early at 8 so I drove to Jasper’s place to visit for a bit. I just watched a bit of cartoons with Vivian. I stayed until 9:30 then went home to sleep.

Friday
I went over to Jasper’s house at around 11am then I went to the city with Jasper, Vivian and their mum to have lunch at Noodle House. We had fried rice noodles, stir fry vegies, and crispy skin chicken. After lunch we walked around the city looking for some store. I FOUND WHERE ELIZA WORKED! Actually Jasper found it first. It was in Cavennagh St xD. Too bad we found where it was while we were driving away from the city…
Later we went to Parap and collected some parcels for Jasper and Vivian. Then we went back to Jasper’s place. Jasper and I played DDR for a bit. Both my ankles were in a lot of pain so I stopped playing, then we watched some animé I forgot the name of, “Elven Light” or something like that. It was um…kinda gross… :/. Then Jasper’s mum took us to Cas and we played in Einstein’s for a bit then I went home to get ready for work at Ming Court again.
It was a full house at Ming Court tonight. It was the busiest I’ve ever experienced at Ming Court. Sarah and I were running around everywhere, not stopping to take a breath at all. I’ve also never answered so many phone calls in my life. It didn’t help when my hearing was terrible either…Sarah and the chefs were all grumpy because it was such a busy night so I tried me best to cheer everyone up with my so-called “cuteness”. It took a while but soon, when it wasn’t quite so hectic anymore, I managed to crack a smile from everyone .
We finished work at around midnight then I went home to sleep.

That was pretty much my week. Sorry this was so long. Haha, this entry’s taken me 2.5 hours to write xD.

Mission
On Friday I had this song stuck in my head all day. It was a song I had but I didn't know the name of the song or who the artist was. It was a song with a catchy tune and I quite liked it but it was driving me insane. I suspected it was by "Modest Mouse" at first so I looked through all their songs on my iTunes but nope, I was wrong. I knew it was in my indie/alternative playlist so I put my playlist (which had 607 songs on it) on random (listening to only the beginning of the songs) until the song would play. I would've looked up the lyrics on google but the only words I could remember were "Doom doom doom DEE DUM!" and that doesn't help . I also remembered how the guitar part went very well too but of course I can't look that up hehe.
So there I was...being driven to the edge of sanity looking through my long list of songs for hours and hours. I could've given up and went to bed, which would've been a sensible thing to do but I didn't want to give up. I turned it into a mission. I WILL NOT SLEEP UNTIL I FIND THE NAME AND ARTIST OF THIS SONG! I thought to myself. I think I started searching at around 10:30pm. I was talking to Erik while I was at it. I think he was either amused or annoyed at my frustration . Then I finally found the song at around 3am (crazy, I know...). It was "You Only Live Once" by The Strokes. I was kicking myself when I discovered this. My second suspicion was The Strokes but I so carelessly skimmed over their songs I didn't realise that the song I was looking for was amongst them. Gargh! >_<;; I would've gone to bed so much earlier!
I felt great happiness when I found the song. It made me fall in love with the song because of the effort I went through to find it lol.
Well...that was my mission...mission successful!

Zone 3
On Saturday, Angel arrived in Darwin from Melbourne . I was excited to see her and everyone else today ^^. We were going to play two games at Zone 3. Katerina came over at around 12 so she could get a lift with me from Emily. Emily came at about half past 12 and drove us to Zone 3. We were earlier than most. When everyone else arrived I was just sitting down all frozen up. I haven't seen my high school friends for so long and I was all teary because I was so happy to see them. I kind of got shy too, which was dumb because they're my buddies but I just...bleh...couldn't talk to them properly . Back to my old shy self I suppose...grr...I was getting so outgoing! >_<;;
We started playing at quarter to 1. We split up in a red, blue and yellow team. I was in the blue team along with Angel, Lani, Emily and Liz. The red team had Anand, Ross, Andy, Katerina and Samantha, the yellow team had Erin, Brentley, Dale and Alex. The yellow team flogged the rest of us by MILES! Especially because of Dale (and the others in that team weren't far behind). DANG THEM ! I bet if Erin is reading this she'll probably cackle at me right now or something x). My team came last for the first game but at least I came first of my team (but only because I was shooting the bases a lot which earns you lots of points but requires no skill anyway...). The second game we didn't have bases so we were doooomed. The yellow team won (by miles) again but at least blue came second (but only JUST!). It was quite fun x) and I was told that my straps on my top were "radioactive" because they were white and we were running around in ultraviolet lighted rooms.
After we finished our games we all scattered around doing whatever >_>;;. Emily gave Anand, Katerina and me a lift. First Emily dropped Anand home then we went to Casuarina to buy boost. Then Emily dropped me home so I could start teaching.

On Sunday (yesterday) I had to go to Zone 3 again because it was Mengyang's birthday party and that's where she was having it lol. I met up with Samantha, her dad and Grace at Cas then Sam's dad gave us a lift to Zone 3. To my surprise I knew just about everyone who came which was a good thing because I thought I was going to be a loner haha . I was in the red team this time and GRR...NICK KEPT ON SHOOTING ME! >_<;; Samantha did too. Samantha got ranked 1 in one of the games, I got ranked 2 in the same game. Haha...it was because of the bases again xD. We played more games than we did on Saturday. During the games I was literally terrified of Nick and Sam. Nick because he was such a sharp shooter and Sam because she was an evil little midget with good stealth who pounced at any moment and shot you. Grr...
Well, I got my fair share of good shots too. Nick and I kept double shooting each other (which is when we both kill each other at the same time haha...).
Then we played a game called Vampire and Mengyang was the vampire. After you shoot the vampire it comes back to life immediately, it was immortal, and the rest of us only had 15 lives. Funnily enough, Mengyang was more terrified of us than we were terrified of her xD. I thought that was rather funny hehe. I was the second last survivor but Samantha...because of her good stealth had 7 lives left to spare and was declared the winner. She was wondering why everyone was chasing after her though in the end...gee, Sammy...it could be because THE REST OF US TURNED INTO VAMPIRES AND YOURE THE ONLY ONE LEFT?! xD. So cute...
When we came out, the Zone 3 guy told us that was the longest "Vampire" game in Zone 3 history. He was impressed. I'm thinking it could be because Mengyang was vampire who was terrified of the mortals .
After our games we sat outside and had some snacks then we went for a walk to McDonald's where the next party venue was.

Rain!
As soon as we stepped out of the Zone 3 building the sky was filled with dark grey clouds and it started to rain. Hehe...it was going to be a fun walk...
The walk took a good 20 minutes and the rain kept on coming harder and harder. We were soaked to the bone! I'm glad that neither of us females were wearing white .
I thought to myself that I was going to get in huge trouble by mother when I get home because I was soaking wet to the bone. I didn't care at the time though because it was so much fun, it felt so good...
We finally got our wet selves to Maccas and made all the floor wet as we trudged in lol. We made our orders (Mengyang shouted us...how nice of her...) and after we did, Mengyang told us "What's wrong with you people? It was only $54.80!" or something like that haha. I don't know why she's disappointed that the 9 of us at the time only made a grand total of $54.80 worth of orders x). It was her money after all...and she's disappointed that we didn't order enough?! Ahh well x).
We happily munched on our food and discussed random things. Here's an intelligent quote from Fangie for you all:
"Did you just urinate on the wall?! "

Nick was talking to Sam while she was leaning on the wall and I thought I heard Sam say "I think I just urinated" or something like that (I never found out what she really said) and I was like WHAT?!. Hehe...yes, I have the worst hearing x).
Mum arrived to take me home at 10 to five and she was FURIOUS when she saw how wet I was. I got grounded for the rest of the holidays and I'm not allowed to see anyone . I hope Mum was only being overheated at the time and would reconsider because that's just HARSH...I CAN'T HELP IT IF THE WEATHER DECIDED TO DISAGREE WITH OUR WALKING TIME...and I've never EVER been grounded before...AND I'M 18 FOR GOODNESS SAKES! >_<;;
All my friends from downsouth are/going to be up for the hols too....it's too cruel! T_T

My grades suck!
Today Samantha was going to come over but didn't because she forgot to take her shoes into the house last night so her mother didn't allow her to anymore. Hmm...I guess Sam and I have mothers who are harsh with punishments...*sigh*.
Well, because she's not here, I am writing this blog now, then I got to go get ready to work at Skycity. I don't know how long I'm working for today, I just know I start at 2pm and they didn't say what time it'd finish. I hope it doesn't go for too long because my boss at Fox & Hounds Café wants to treat us staff for dinner...I told her I might not be going though. Bleh...I work too much!
Oh yeah...(looks at the subheading of this section to remind her what this section is supposed to be about) our semester grades are released today so about an hour ago I checked my results.
They suck...
I got Credit for all my subjects, Biology, Anatomy & Physiology, and Chemistry...*sigh*. I'm disappointed because I worked so hard this semester. I guess one thing I did wrong was not revising the topic after each lecture. I'm going to do that next year. I hope I will anyway hehe...
I was initially aiming to get High Distinction for everything. Then I realised how hard it was so I was aiming to get all Distinctions but by the time the exams were going to start I realised how hard it was to remember everything and that I'd be lucky if I got all Credit...
It sucks because I was on a High Distinction for A & P , and a Distinction for Bio and Chem. Bah! Stupid weighting of exams!
Well...I'm relieved I passed because I was having some doubts of even passing after I completed my exams. All Credit is all that I need to transfer to Adelaide anyway. I sincerely hope Eliza, Kylie, Kyle and Jade did alright...

Anyway...that completes my entry for today. Sorry, it's a long one again...
Now...I must be ready to head off to work.
